Making an accommodation enquiry or booking request through the Charming Lodging website does not constitute a confirmed accommodation booking. Nor does it guarantee availability of the property for the dates requested. A confirmed booking can only result from specific agreement directly between you and Charming Lodging of the accommodation you requested.

A deposit of 15-20 % of the total amount of your stay booked through the Charming Lodging website is due at confirmed accommodation booking to guarantee availability of the property at the dates requested.

Terms of Use for your booking, including the terms relating to cancellation, return of deposits, arrival times and other conditions are as specified by the property owner / manager which you book. You should make sure you understand the Terms of Use applied by the operator of the accommodation before finalising the booking.

These Terms of Use are to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
